Why Caylent

Novus has enjoyed a 50% reduction in total infrastructure spend – including a 54% reduction in daily operational costs – all while seeing our application uptime improve to over 99.9%.

“Our reputation as pioneers in autonomous AI solutions for the built environment is rooted in our ongoing pursuit of innovation and pushing boundaries. The pathway to our generative AI innovation was made possible by partnering with Caylent and using industry-leading models including Anthropic’s Claude on Amazon Bedrock which enabled the creation of the world’s first virtual building assistant. This industry-defining technology, together with our AI for HVAC solution will have momentous impact on building operations management, reducing HVAC energy costs by up to 25% and greenhouse gas emissions by up to 40%”

"Recognized as a leading AWS partner with extensive expertise, Caylent has consistently leveraged the robust production-grade infrastructure and services of Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker AI to deliver innovative solutions. Furthermore, Caylent has effectively utilized the power of AWS-enabled generative AI application development to accelerate the path from concept to implementation, enabling them to swiftly bring value-driven solutions to market for their clients."

“Caylent’s hands-on expertise enabled Criteria to design and build our new data lakehouse infrastructure on Amazon Redshift Serverless in four months, 3 times quicker than our prior infrastructure deployment efforts. Educating our team and architecting collaboratively, Caylent served as ambassadors and strategic advisors, enabling Criteria to foster a culture of data excellence and follow industry best practices.”

"Caylent's AI solution exceeded our expectations. We brought down a 65-day contract verification backlog to just 3 days, and our analysts now focus on more strategic tasks instead of data retrieval. AI is becoming an integral part of our operations, helping us scale our capabilities and offerings without increasing costs."
